The Uganda Link between Chippenham and Mukono is alive and kicking! Following the successful visit of three people to Mukono for their 25^th Anniversary Celebration in December, we had invited eight Ugandans to come to Chippenham from 19^th March to 8^th April – last two weeks of Lent and Easter week: unfortunately only three, Wilson, James and Robina, could get visas to come.  However this gives us great opportunities for sharing with them in prayer and worship  and the following are some of their activities during the second and third weeks that they are here

Palm Sunday 28th March - 9.30 am - Wilson at Kington St Michael

                                             - 10.30 am - James & Robina at Marshfield for Family Communion

         Monday 29th March - James & Robina at By Brook School whilst Wilson will be at St Peter's School during the morning. In the evening they will be either at St Bart's Corsham or St Andrew's Chippenham for Eucharist.

        Tuesday 30th March - All three visitors will be at Colerne School during the morning.

        Wednesday 31st March - All three visitors will attend the 10.00 a  Holy Communion Service at St Peter's. In the evening they will be either at St Bart's Corsham or St Andrew's Chippenham for Eucharist.

Maundy Thursday 1st April - All three visitors will attend Chrism Eucharist at Bristol Cathedra at 10.00 am. In the evening they will attend Lacock Passover Supper at Lacock Hall.

Good Friday 2nd April - Wilson will be in Chippenham for its Walk of Witness from 10.00am until noon whilst  James & Robina will be in Corsham for its March of Witness from 10.30 am. In the evening all three are going to Salisbury for "The Way of The Cross"

Holy Saturday 3rd April - Day off with hosts

Easter Sunday 4th April - James & Robina will attend Parish Communion at St Bart's Corsham

Bank Holiday Monday 5th April - With hosts.

Tuesday 6th April - Day out in London

Wednesday 7th April - Shopping Day

Thursday 8th April - Preparing to go home. 9.15pm depart from Heathrow
